About the Program
Israel Experience, a subsidiary of the Jewish Agency for Israel, brings over 30,000 participants from around the world to Israel each year through educational and professional programs.
Our internship programs operate through MASA Israel Journey and Onward Israel, offering young Jewish adults from around the world the opportunity to gain professional experience in Israeli companies while exploring life in Israel.
Programs run 2–6 months, with participants interning 30–32 hours per week. Participants in our long-term programs are typically ages 21–32, while our two-month summer programs are open to ages 18–36.
Alongside their internships, participants also take part in educational activities, trips around Israel, and optional Hebrew (Ulpan) classes.
We currently partner with 2,000+ companies across Israel, including Nayax, Fiverr, SimilarWeb, Deloitte, KPMG, and EY, who host international interns each year.
